Your Job

• Ensuring the integrity of the global ALDI template in a modern application landscape
• Assessing technical/business optimisation and changes to the global template
• Conceptually developing architectures for the area of human resources
• Providing support with the transition to solution designs with a particular focus on E2E integration
• Helping to further develop and ensure compliance with implementation guidelines
• Closely collaborating with international and national experts in the IT departments as well as with experts in the architecture network (enterprise/solution/software architects)

Your Profile

• Academic degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in the field of software architecture and in the development and support of bundled/integrated business applications as well as professional experience in a consulting IT role
• Extensive experience in the realisation/evaluation of technical solutions in relation to architectural frameworks as well as professional experience and a wide range of skills in the field of process automation using RPA
• Above-average analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• TOGAF certification
• Expertise in HR process and requirements analysis
