Your Role

This role sits within CHR | People & Organization Development. This global department covers the following Functions: Learning, Leadership, Talent, Performance and Culture.
In general, the focus of this role is on contributing to projects and programs in the areas of People Development and Organization Development
Contribute to the establishment of an integrated ZEISS talent and leadership development solutions portfolio
Support the digital translation of global processes to the HR platform
Support building up the Talent Office
Plan and conduct workshops or other dialogue formats

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree and relevant working qualifications/accreditations (e.g. in Behavioral Sciences, Business Management, Human resources or similar).
5 years relevant professional experience
Skilled in managing projects independently
Proficiency in change management
Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and designing blended (70-20-10) learning experiences.
Strong analytical skills combined with ‘can-do’ – mentality. Driven by high focus on results, assertiveness, and pragmatism
Business fluency in written and spoken English
