As a vital bridge between our team and internal stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in driving development projects and innovative learning initiatives. For the next possible date we are looking for a Intern People Development (d/m/f).

• You'll support in conceptualizing and implementing new Learning & Development formats and offers as well as in their management and coordination
• You'll develop and execute activities to increase the awareness of all learning & development offerings within the BayWa r.e. organization
• You'll support the various communication channels for the People Development Team (questions, requests, announcements etc.) with your ideas, preparing contents supporting the People Development communication strategy
• You'll actively engage in various learning communities to foster social learning worldwide and across borders
• You'll take lead in identifying and creating knowledge sharing opportunities within the HR community and across the organization to foster a culture of learning
• You'll support the creation and documentation of learning & development standards and processes as part of the digital HR transformation
• You'l administrate SharePoint infosites, designing and maintaining the content to ensure accurate information for different target groups (e.g. training catalogue)
• You'll assist in the efficient organization within the People Development team

• You have a background in Psychology, Business Administration, HR related studies, Education, Communication or a similar field
• You are very customer-focused and solution-orientated
• You are passionate about learning as well as curious for people development and HR topics
• You are creative, self-organized and employ digital tools to solve challenges
• You have a good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – German is a plus
