We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to ensure the team in Berlin has an impactable experience while in the office. In this position you will be in charge of creating and sustaining a welcoming atmosphere. We recently moved to one bigger space accommodating 100+ people across global teams. You would be the dedicated person who makes sure office operations run smoothly.

The Office Assistant will be reporting directly into the Managing Director, Christian and will work closely with the Talent and Finance teams.

Tasks

• Function as point of contact for all office-related topics like property & facility management, postal deliveries & co
• Keep the compliance with workplace safety regulations up to date
• Ensure the office supplies are stocked up and the office space runs smoothly and is enjoyable
• Administratively support in onboarding new team members
• Support the international talents in their process to arrive and settle in Berlin
• Schedule and organize team all-hands, workshops, off-sites and other company wide events
• Support in contract management, travel & expense processing and policy standardization as well as accounting-related paperwork

Requirements

• Experience in the areas of office and/or event management, people- or customer-focused services
• Vocational training
• Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines
• Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
• Self-motivated and independent
• Fluent in English and German is a must
• A self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
