Inside Sales Representative - Germany

Location : Munich, Frankfurt Maine or Hamburg

Join our Inside Sales Team as a motivated, flexible, and focused individual. We are looking for exceptional people who share our passion for success to help us achieve our goals and maintain our leadership position. In this role, you will collaborate with and support our Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your Account Manager on strategic and tactical planning.
• Identify and resolve customer queries to enhance their satisfaction.
• Cultivate relationships with end users and partners.
• Manage leads and opportunities using our CRM tool (Salesforce.com).
• Demonstrate basic technical knowledge and understanding.
• Handle all tasks associated with Account Management, such as arranging evaluations, licenses, renewals, and quotations.

Required Skills:

• Experience supporting a Sales Team, ideally within the IT Industry (security and/or networking sector).
• Must be motivated, flexible, and a self-starter.
• SFDC/Salesforce.com knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (partly English).
• Goal-oriented and self-confident with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
