Your role

Marketing is now a core focus, and we need your expertise!

As our Marketing Lead, you'll build a strong foundation for all marketing activities. While a brand book is in progress, your mission is to establish robust brand positioning. This involves identifying target audiences, creating detailed personas, and crafting high-impact funnels to elevate Deftpower into a household name.

Focusing on the German and Dutch markets, you'll collaborate with Sales and Business Development to solidify Deftpower's leadership in EV charging. You'll also have the opportunity to build your own marketing team.

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for CPOs, energy providers, and automotive clients.


• Craft marketing funnels and define precise buyer personas.


• Create and manage compelling content, even guiding our founders in content creation!


• Recruit and manage your own high-performing marketing team.

About you

• Experience in B2B SaaS, clean tech, or mobility sectors.

• Data-driven with expertise in full-funnel marketing, positioning, and messaging.


• Fluent in English and German and/or Dutch.
