working in our Munich office in the field of power electronics and power

semiconductors who want to gain hands -on experience with a global leader in the

compound semiconductor industry.

Your Role :

• Assist the Innovation and Application Engineering team with data analysis and

number crunching

• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint slides and reports
• Assist in summarising research data
• Create simulation models for SiC Mosfets

• Enrolled in a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a basic

understanding of power semiconductors/electronics

• Good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS
• Good oral and written communication skills in English. German is an

advantage.
