We are looking for a Payment & Reporting Administrator, to be based in our Düsseldorf or Konstanz office.
 Your skills must include:
 Completed education and/or two years of work experience in accounting
 Flexibility to complete tasks as required
 Team player mentality
 Fluent in German and English
 Willingness to familiarise yourself with the exciting field of yachting
 The ability to set the right priorities, especially under time pressure
 Responsibilities would include:
 Responsible for the execution and processing of payments
 Reconciliation of all bank accounts
 Yacht and project accounting
 Maintaining the database of supplier/service provider bank details
 Invoicing Ocean Independence clients for ship management services
 General support with regard to the management of yachts and vessels
 Ensuring that all financial and contractual information is kept strictly confidential
 General office management
