Ihre Aufgaben

• Central contact for the Regulatory Affairs colleagues
• Coordination of requests related to the delivery of samples
• Quality control to manufacturing sites and to supply chain planning teams to check the availability of products
• Close cooperation with sales teams
• Order processing activities, e.g. order entry in SAP and creation of shipping and export documents

Unsere Anforderungen

• Completed training as an office clerk or industrial clerk
• Experience in a supply chain, preferably in logistics but not essential
• Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• Project management skills as well as very good communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English, French would be an advantage but is not essential
• Global mindset to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
