- Provide essential support in executing the programs outlined in Henkel Adhesive Technologies sustainability strategy
- Plan and execute projects related to sustainability initiatives and AQR (Adhesive Quality Requirements) team development, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure successful completion
- Develop presentations for effective communication with top management, conveying progress, challenges, and strategic insights related to sustainability efforts
- Facilitate clear and concise reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders
- Contribute to the further development of the operating model for the implementation of the sustainability strategy
Facilitate committees and structures to streamline the integration of sustainability practices
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy or Sustainability Management
- Ideally ca. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience within sustainability
- Passion towards driving sustainability in a business environment, working together with various cross-functional stakeholders e.g. from market strategy, product development or other sustainability teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication capabilities
- Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
