About the Role: We are seeking a Team Assistant (m/f/d) to support our office in Berlin. The successful candidate will assist the team in administrative and office organizational matters to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the office.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• General administrative support of the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
• Collecting, editing, and distributing mail in the office
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
• Assisting in the creation of documents and reports
• Coordinating travel preparations and accommodations for team members
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Assisting with special projects and events as needed
• Other tasks as required

Requirements

Requirements:

• Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent required; vocational or higher education preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or office organizational role required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional proficiency in German and English
• Experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software programs
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Preferred knowledge in the construction industry
