3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Product Development Engineer (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing devices and processes for dental applications
- Innovating Additive Manufacturing processes
- Collaborating within interdisciplinary, diverse international teams
- Interacting with customers and stakeholders to bring new products and processes to market
- Building and defending Intellectual Property
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Process Development or equivalent bachelor’s degree and respective professional experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Doctorate or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Process Development from an accredited institution
- Job experience in development of devices and/or additive manufacturing process
- Proven ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Seefeld at least 3 days per week)
