You will operate within the domain “Infotainment Development” and be part of a highly motivated and interdisciplinary developer team. We develop multiple infotainment applications that display a variety of vehicle status information, allow the user to control and interact with the vehicle functions and generate a convenient and safe-to-use interface. We are responsible for the entire design process of in-vehicle applications: user interface, system engineering, interface design and app development.
Modern vehicles are equipped with a lot of technology that makes driving safer and more fun. Inside of the car our customers can adjust and configure the car in multiple ways. The central information screen displays a variety of vehicle information for EVs and conventional cars. In our team we make all of this possible and even more.
- Develop new and exciting infotainment function that allow our customer to control and customize the vehicle inside the car
- Develop interactive vehicle monitoring systems for energy flows and visualizations of a variety vehicle status
- Responsible for leading the development of safety related car functions, e.g. camera basted parking systems, emergency call services
- Responsible for modelling interfaces and embedded services of a modern infotainment system
- System Engineering for highly complex in vehicle systems and interface connection to distributed ECUs for driving, comfort and online service functions
- Analyzing the effect of software components (services and applications) on performance and stability KPIs
- Coordinate internal and external partners / dev.teams
- Work closely with our stakeholders in teams of hardware, software and project releases
- Graduated studies in the fields of engineering, science, mathematics, informatics or similar
- 3+ years of work experienced in embedded or Android SW development, preferably in the area of automotive infotainment software
- Deep understanding about software development: specification, coding, debugging, releasing
- Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum and SAFe), ticketing and documentation system (e.g. Jira and Confluence), and general DevOps principles
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams as well as creative and structurized working methods helping us to master the challenges
- Strong sense of ownership & lots of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, curious learning new things
