- Determining requirements for internal training activities
- Planning, organisation, coordination and in some cases implementation of training measures for life and health reinsurance
- Developing and expanding training concepts, training materials and the training programme using digital media
- Concept development and initial support for new members of staff
- Building and coordinating a pool of instructors
- Assisting with the selection process for trainees in life and health reinsurance and providing support for them
- Completed degree in business administration, business psychology, organisational development or comparable qualification
- Conceptual and hands-on experience in training and further development
- Experience in preparing, implementing and following up on in-house training measures
- Knowledge of (re)insurance is an asset
- Proficient user skills in German and English, coupled with a sound ability to express yourself and persuasive communication and presentation skills
- Assured and adept manner combined with initiative, a flair for organisation and creativity
