We are currently looking for our future Customer Service Export Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

As a member of the Market & Customer Services Department, you will be in charge of leading a team of around 8 customer service professionals, ensuring seamless communication and support within our network.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the customer service network, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall service processes.
• Collect & analyze subsidiaries feedbacks and data into KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement improvement actions
• Contribute actively to reaching group KPIs (OTR, BFU, transport costs, claims…)
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated customer issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach including the central management of claims
• Coordinate with central logistics to ensure smooth delivery of our subsidiaries with optimized logistics processes
• Support the blocking form process in close collaboration with quality department

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain or a related field is preferred
• 5 years of experience
• First experience of team coordination, managerial experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes, logistics knowledge is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Standard Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP, BIIP/BW, BI Tools.
• CPIM is a plus
• French – fluent (C1), English – fluent (C1), German is a plus
