Advising our Finnish-speaking customer base by telephone and e-mail
Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently

And this is what you bring along:

Fluency in Finnish and English
Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
PC literacy
Previous customer service experience preferable
Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
Empathetic and socially competent personality
A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream and a quiet room
