AECOM is expanding its multidisciplinary team to support premier Data Centre clients across Western Europe, with a specific focus on the German market. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a robust background in Design Management to drive Hyperscale, Colocation, and Enterprise projects. In this role, you will ensure timely delivery while meeting strict client requirements, budgets, and deadlines through deep engagement and strategic resource deployment. You will also take ownership of bidding processes and pricing to maintain healthy margins, blending design expertise with project management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design processes for high-paced projects within the German DC sector.
• Coordinate cross-regional teams specializing in CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Provide technical and commercial support during the bidding phase for major client opportunities.
• Oversee internal and local regulatory governance from the initial bid through to project completion.

Your Professional Profile

• Extensive experience as a Senior Multidisciplinary Design Manager with a background in MEP or Architecture.
• Proven track record in an accountable Design Management position within the Data Centre industry.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English, particularly regarding contractual documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex workloads under tight deadlines.
