Your Impact and Responsibilities

This strategic role within the Fintech Client Experience group focuses on the end-to-end product journey for client payments. You will oversee everything from payment method management and invoice processing to automated flows and FX transparency. Operating at the intersection of UX and complex financial architecture, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, trustworthy experiences.

Your core focus areas include:

• Managing the full client payment lifecycle from setup to successful execution.
• Optimizing payment configurations, including cards, bank transfers, and autopay features.
• Defining sophisticated payment permissions and roles for global organizations.
• Ensuring absolute clarity regarding payment statuses, fees, and currency exchange rates.
• Bridging the gap between client-facing interfaces and backend orchestration engines.

Problem Solving and Strategic Scope

You will tackle high-impact challenges to enhance client confidence and operational efficiency. This includes proactively resolving payment friction, improving reconciliation processes, and designing intuitive approval workflows. Your objective is to minimize support dependency by providing clear, in-product answers to complex financial questions.

Collaborative Environment

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner with various specialized teams, including:

• Payment Orchestration and PSP Integrations.
• Credit Control, Invoicing, and Treasury.
• FinCrime Compliance and Support Operations.

You will shape product strategy, define ownership boundaries, and drive alignment across the organization while remaining deeply involved in execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Manager in B2B SaaS or Fintech sectors.
• Exceptional product judgment within regulated or high-volume financial systems.
• Proven track record of building user-centric workflows on top of complex backend platforms.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• A deep understanding of technical constraints paired with a passion for elegant UX.
