Job Definition

• Supporting car workshops with questions about maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cars and commercial vehicles of all common manufacturers.
• Communication with our customers on the phone, by e-mail and in the ticket system
• Professionally analysing of the described cases as well as competent support of the customers in finding solutions
• Documenting the inquiries in the ticket system
• Continuous maintenance and further development of the database

Job Qualification

• Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, master craftsman or service technician
• 3+ years practical experience in a motor vehicle workshop.
• Eexcellent knowledge of automotive diagnostics and experience with various brands of vehicles.
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Fluency in Italian and German and good command of English
