Job Definition

Supporting car workshops with questions about maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cars and commercial vehicles of all common manufacturers.
Communication with our customers on the phone, by e-mail and in the ticket system
Professionally analysing of the described cases as well as competent support of the customers in finding solutions
Documenting the inquiries in the ticket system
Continuous maintenance and further development of the database

Job Qualification

Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, master craftsman or service technician
3+ years practical experience in a motor vehicle workshop.
Eexcellent knowledge of automotive diagnostics and experience with various brands of vehicles.
Experience in dealing with customers
Fluency in Italian and German and good command of English
