Emerging Talent Program Crop Science - Product Supply

The program

• The Emerging Talent Program offers exceptional graduates with a degree in science, business, supply chain management, engineering or related field the opportunity to learn, network and grow within our Product Supply organization in Crop Science
• Within 24 months you will complete 4 – 6 assignments at different locations globally, while contributing to several dynamic projects along the Product Supply value chain
• After completing the program, your talent, experience and skills will be matched to exciting opportunities within our organization
• Based on your academic focus, degree, skills, and personal career aspirations, the Emerging Talent Program offers various focus areas, such as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Who you are

• You have a Master's degree/PhD in science, business, supply chain management, engineering or any other related studies with a passion for Agriculture; Bachelor’s degree with excellent grades and first relevant professional experience
• You have work experience in a product supply environment (e.g. through internships)
• You have international experience and cultural sensitivity (e.g. through studying or interning abroad)
• You are results-oriented and possess the ability to quickly adapt to new environments
• You have excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both spoken and written)
