Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will support the team in day-to-day operations and also take ownership for certain tasks
• You will help to design and create information and communication materials, including the maintenance of respective communication channels (e.g. intranet)
• Together we will develop and maintain new “low code” apps with e.g. MS Forms, MS Power Automate
• You will gain insights into the Human Resources department of a company listed on the stock exchange
• You will have the opportunity to join an open-minded team where your opinion and contribution will be highly appreciated

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are studying business administration or economics, business informatics or business engineering and would be available to join our team for at least one year
• You already gained first practical experiences in a company
• You have good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Experience in developing low code apps with e.g. MS Power Automate and MS Forms is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

• You are fluent in German and English and able to draft expressive communication for different target groups
• You have very good communication and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
