We are looking for a (Junior) Brand Manager (f/m/d) to join our Hamburg team full-time at the earliest possible date.

The Brand Manager implements EMEA Marketing Campaigns based on overall Category foci as well as on shopper and customer insights. Works closely with the Digital team members, Customer Development and Professional Vet Affairs team to develop tactics to drive sales growth in the veterinarian channel.

Responsibilities:

• Deploys EMEA IMC plan with strong focus on the veterinarian channel.

• Implements efficient & effective Go-to-Market plans

• Develops the promotional grid for the vet channel channel together with Sales, Key Account and the Digital team

• Develops and implements a cross-brand marketing activation plan for corporate customers

• Conducts Pricing Analysis

• Runs analysis to simplify SKU portfolio

• Performs ROI analysis and provide recommendation

• Track brand health (BWP, BI), generate data driven insights (internal/external) and develop clear recommendations on how to close potential gaps

• Works together with the commercial team to define Budget Reviews/Mid-Year Review volume plans & financial goals by category

Qualifications:

• College or University degree

• A proven track record of performance with 1-2 years of work experience in Brand Management

• Business knowledge and understanding on category and brand strategies

• Strategic Consumer Understanding

• Ability to manage different promotions and activation at the same time

• Experienced in digital marketing

• Fluency in both German and English, ideally French

• Ability to build good relationships with Customer Development, Professional Vet Affairs and the Digital Team

• Financial skills to assess promo impacts and build recommendations
