Your Job

• Supporting the Platforms department in managing operational processes and small projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and all team members are aware of their duties
• Communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and knows the status of progress and/or process compliance
• Creating and maintaining roadmaps, milestone plans and timelines
• Monitoring and reporting on project/incident/request progress and/or process compliance as well as identifying potential issues and how to resolve them
• Developing and maintaining related documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports and presentation slides
• Assisting with other tasks as needed, including data entry, research and other administrative duties

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project or process management or a related field
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation preparation skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Storylining)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
