Job Description

As a Manager Cooperations Wind & Solar Germany (f/m/d), you will proactively develop Statkraft’s wind, solar and BESS business in Germany, focusing on the company targets. You will be directly responsible for impacting the company’s growth, profitability and strategic direction.

Key activities that you will be managing:

• You identify and originate new long-term partnerships in Germany according to Statkrafts business needs
• You manage and develop existing partnerships to outstanding standards in regard to Statkrafts core principles and values, such as Compliance, HSSE and Environmental topics
• You are responsible for implementing processes and reporting tools for external cooperation partners and working on continues development of internal processes
• You assess renewable projects, portfolios, and partnership opportunities
• You lead negotiations on Co-Development Agreements and contracts with land scouts
• You develop and propose new business models in the area of Wind, Solar and Storage in Germany

For this position we do have our Düsseldorf Office (Headquarter Germany), Berlin, Lingen, Birkenfeld, Schweinfurt or the option the work remotely.

Qualifications

We are looking for relevant professional expertise in the following areas:

• Development – Experience in development of Wind and Solar projects, M&A projects or Partnerships. Good knowledge of associated business development.
• Management – Experience in managing partnerships and multiple stakeholders in complex projects. Excellent team-player with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Processes –Experience in developing reporting tools and mapping processes for internal and external teams.
• Energy Markets – Profound knowledge of German renewable energy market, strong professional network within the German Wind & Solar industry.
• Fluency in German and English is required for this position
