• Technical management and further development of the large caliber team
• Capacity and budget planning as well as schedule responsibility of the technical scopes
• Creation and description of internal and external work packages
• Coordination of development activities within the project
• Reporting to project organization and department management

• Successfully completed engineering degree in the automotive or aerospace field
• Several years of professional experience in the development of technical systems
• Experience in leading development teams and specialist departments
• Knowledge of defense technology, especially large-caliber barrel weapons an advantage
• Basic experience with safety-oriented development and DOORs as well as PDM/PLM systems
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as independent working style
• Initiative and excellent analytical skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
