Your future plans

• Gathering project requirements and translating them into priorities
• Develop a plan for managing project documents and updating them as needed, as well as maintaining and training the document management system
• Identify and research the need for different types of documents
• Establish processes and ensure that documents go through a documented and approved review and approval process, and ensure the security, accessibility and proper distribution of organisational documents
• Planning and conducting meetings and presentations related to document management
• Represent documentation issues to the client and suppliers / vendors in meetings
• Providing management information on the status of documentation

Your powerful skills

• Completed training in a technical or commercial field or comparable
• Basic understanding of laws and regulations on document management as well as basic knowledge of project management
• Strong IT knowledge of hardware and software
• Strong customer orientation and a structured and analytical way of working
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Very good MS Office skills

Advantegous, but not a must

• Business fluent knowledge of Dutch
• At least 5 years of professional experience and experience in completed major projects
