These are your tasks:

Development of end-to-end data pipelines (ETL) for processing data coming from heterogeneous sources.
Transformation and Standardization of Sensor time series data, GIS data, Tabular data into useful data format for downstream applications.
Implementation of data engineering solutions using standard Azure cloud services.
Integration of data science algorithms into data processing pipelines.
Collaborative development with version controlling through Azure DevOps, Gitlab, etc.

Who we are looking for:

You are currently studying Master’s degree at a German university with a focus on Computer Science, Data Science or any other relevant subject.
You are equipped with solid knowledge and hands-on experience of analytic programming languages for data engineering, e.g. Python, PySpark, Scala, etc.
You are interested to learn new technologies related to cloud infrastructure, data engineering and deliver.
You have hands-on experience with MS Azure services, e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Dataflow, Azure SQL server, Databricks Delta Live Table, Delta Lake, MLflow are advantageous.
Good communication skills in English are necessary.
