THIS IS THE JOB

• You design digital solutions in biomanufacturing for our enterprise clients.
• You identify as SME with our client business functions the requirements for optimization of manufacturing processes.
• You work with our Data Scientist team to design predictive solutions in manufacturing (e.g., predicative batch failure).
• You are involved in the improvement of pharmaceutical digital operations.
• You guide the process in optimization, engineering and innovation technologies.
• You work closely together with our Validation Manager while implementing the solutions.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

• University degree in the field of Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or comparable education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience and strong expertise in biomanufacturing and quality assurance within the life science industry
• Competencies in Pharmaceutical Technical Operations and their Quality Systems for all dosage forms in pharma, biologics, and medical devices
• Practical experience and strong expertise in biomanufacturing and quality assurance within the life science industry
• Profound knowledge of EU / US GMP guidelines and regulatory standards
• Good process management skills, Lean or Six Sigma qualifications are welcome
• Business fluent in English and very good presentation and communication skills, German skills are a plus
