Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Scientist focused on early research, with an emphasis on T-cell therapies and immunology. As a key member of our research team, you will drive scientific advancements in the field by designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding our knowledge of T-cell biology and driving the discovery of innovative immunotherapies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to research projects focused on T-cell therapies and immunology, from target identification and validation to preclinical proof-of-concept studies.
• Design and execute experiments to investigate the mechanisms underlying T-cell activation, differentiation, and function in the context of immune-mediated diseases.
• Develop and optimize in vitro and ex vivo assays to assess the efficacy, potency, and safety of T-cell-based therapies.
• Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods and contribute to data interpretation and presentation.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and industry trends in T-cell therapies and immunology to guide research strategies and identify novel opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians, cell biologists, and medicinal chemists, to drive multidisciplinary research projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications, patents, and regulatory documents as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and research associates, fostering a culture of scientific rigor and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in T-cell biology and immunology, with a deep understanding of T-cell characterization
• Proven track record of scientific achievements demonstrated by high-quality publications in reputable journals and/or patents.
• Solid experience in developing and executing in vitro assays to investigate T-cell function and response.
• Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell culture techniques, molecular biology methods, and functional assays.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present scientific findings to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences.
• Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Prior industry experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is required.
