As an Associate, Strategy and Business Development, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Transformation, the executive board, as well as stakeholders across the organization to develop our strategic direction and take concrete steps to make it happen.

With this multifaceted and challenging role you will not only build up a strong strategy and business development toolkit, but also develop a deep understanding of our entire business and play an active role in shaping the future of our company.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Generate strategic insights by analyzing economic factors, market and technological trends, and competitive intelligence as well as organizational capabilities and competitive advantages
• Actively participate in our strategic planning processes and strategic decision-making to determine our strategic objectives and actions by facilitating the process, evaluating options and contributing critical analyses and insights
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the organisation to bring our strategy to live, such as establishing and strengthening critical capabilities, or coordinating our go -to- market for new products, channels or geographies)
• Identify, evaluate and pursue business opportunities that meet our strategic objectives

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Businesses Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development or related field
• Passion for footwear and apparel, experience is a plus but not required
• Curious and creative team player with an ability to solve problems analytically
• Enterpreneurial with a drive to learn fast and get things done
• Ability to communicate effectively in German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly
