We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner (m/f/d) passionate about driving innovation in HR Application topics on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, and prioritizing the development of features and functionalities that cater to the evolving needs of our global clientele. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams to gather insights and understand the HR Application needs of diverse regions
- You define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for HR managed solutions, considering both short-term and long-term goals
- You create detailed user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria that effectively guide our People Support teams in building impactful software features
- You act as the subject matter expert for topics such as Time & Attendance, Recruitment, and Document Management, while staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant
- You lead planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure our People Support teams understand priorities and deliverables
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have proven experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) or similar role, preferably in workforce management domain
- You have already demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features and enhancements
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You bring an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize products
- You have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
