AS BARTENDER YOU’LL...

• select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve drinks to guests
• develop new cocktail recipes
• control the workflow of the evening
• motivate the Team and report to the Chef de Bar
• make sure all standards are followed before and during service (production, prep, cleaning, orders)

REQUIREMENTS

It takes a mixture of ingredients to make the perfect drink and our teams are no different.

• Experience is preferred but not a necessity
• More importantly, we want someone who is interested in and passionate about learning about drinks and mixology
• Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
• Be a role model of delivering drink quality and hygiene standards
• Good communication skills, so the shift runs like clockwork
• To attend, cater, understand guests specific needs to deliver a unique experience
• Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
