About Us:
We are a startup based in Düsseldorf developing an AI platform that allows companies to create, deploy, and sell AI agents. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer & Growth Marketer to work closely with our internal team to design and market this cutting-edge product.

Role Overview:
As a Product Designer & Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in both shaping our platform’s user experience and driving its early-stage growth. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong background in both product design (preferably with AI products) and growth marketing. Ideally, you have experience in marketing agencies and are comfortable taking on a coaching role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Concepting & Design: Work closely with us to conceptualize the AI platform, defining the core features, user workflows, and overall functionality. Collaborate with the team to create a product that aligns with business goals and user needs. Your role goes beyond creating visuals—you'll help shape the platform's architecture and user experience to ensure it's intuitive and scalable.
Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a "Coming Soon" page and design a demo using Figma to gather user feedback and collect email signups.
Coaching & Mentorship: Act as a coach for our internal team, guiding them through low-threshold tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
Daily Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings with the internal team to ensure alignment and progress.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with AI Products: You have a proven track record in designing and marketing AI-based products.
Platform Concepting & Workflow Expertise: You have a strong background in not only designing interfaces but also in conceptualizing platform architecture, user workflows, and key features. You can collaborate with us to develop a strategic vision for the platform, ensuring that user experience is seamless and that the features we offer align with both user needs and business objectives. Experience with Figma or other tools is a plus, but your ability to shape the platform’s overall structure is critical.
Growth Marketing: You have experience executing marketing strategies that drive early user interest and engagement, preferably with product demos and lead-generation tactics.
Agency Background: Experience working in or with marketing agencies is preferred.
Team Player & Coach: You can work closely with internal teams and coach them through tasks, ensuring smooth project execution.
