As a Digital Analyst (Reporting & Insights) (f/m/diverse) you relentlessly seek to improve our organization's performance through actionable insights based on effective data products that you deliver to internal customers.
- Gather and document business needs, KPIs, and other functional and/or technical requirements to help marketers provide a compelling data-driven response and recommendation
- Deliver digital analytics insights to key stakeholders in the form of Analysis Workspace dashboards or a deck
- Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
- Aggregate information for presentation to senior business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot analytics tagging issues using common debugging tools such as Chrome Dev tools, Omnibug, Tag Assistant by Google, Experience Cloud Debugger, or others
- Provide quality control and oversight of reporting output
- Proactively engage with stakeholders by providing digital insights and supporting marketing with strategy recommendations
- Develop/support the creation of digital performance dashboards
- Regularly support the growth team in the implementation of A/B testing and personalized use cases
- Mentor other digital analysts across the organization on growth initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience working in the digital analytics space for the web platforms. (ideally in an e-commerce environment or in the travel/hospitality industry)
- Strong Adobe Analytics skills with in-depth knowledge of Analysis Workspace
- Experience with A/B testing, JavaScript, Tag Management System (TMS), or tracking debugging
- Proficiency with a TMS and familiarity with the Data Layer concept
- Experience in managing and delivering analytics projects
- Understanding of Tag Management Systems (TMS) and the ability to perform basic tagging through the TMS by leveraging the user interface
- Being comfortable while presenting to a senior-level audience
- Strong skills in developing insights and presentations using analytics data
- Effective communication and collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders
- Appetite and ability to learn on the job as required
