We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM coordinator to join our team.
- Managing the integration of the task team models across all disciplines to ensure there is a coordinated design
- Manage the project clash detection workflow with support from the Space Manager. Review design coordination using automated checking software
- Develop the template/s of authoring software for their respective trade
- Develop and document the BIM standards for Exyte COE
- Work closely with the technical departments to align the CAD standards with the department's requirements
- Make sure that the company standards and model structures are respected in every project and that the adapted workflows and processes are applied
- Keep up with new technologies, tools and processes to continuously enhance the adopted method
- Technician, engineer for TGA or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in BIM field, industrial project experience preferred but not essential
- Extensive knowledge of modelling, coordination and collaboration software and common data environments (Revit, Navisworks BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Understanding of the IFC Schema and IFC import and export requirements for Revit
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
