Your Responsibilities

• Consult clients in the area of CRM Analytics (Analytics Studio) to identify key performance indicators and baseline reporting requirements
• Connect internal and external data through CRM Analytics connectors
• Build state-of-the-art data warehouse architectures and prepare Analytics Studio Datasets to fulfill the business requirements of the client
• Be part of an implementation team through the course of the project

Your Qualifications

• Certified CRM Analytics Developer
• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence & Reporting Concepts
• Requirements engineering know-how
• Profound knowledge of relative Databases and SQL
• Fluent in English and basic German skills
