What does the role involve?

Support financial steering, control, and performance management activities across our Central European logistics organization, including the monthly financial reporting process.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of our operations and initiatives.

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, including financial analyses to create insights and recommendations for management

Drive your own projects and improvement initiatives, focusing on e.g. enhancing (financial) processes or operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with other departments, inclduing Warehousingc, Transport, Materials Management, and Finance.

What you need is:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

First professional experience in finance, controlling, or an accounting role

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, including financial reporting, forecasting, and investment planning.

Proactive and self-motivated mindset, curious to adapt to new situations, contexts and tools.

Strong proficiency in both German and English.
