Tasks

Your responsibilities:

• Support the organization of internal and external events, including event coordination and bookings management
• Coordinate and organize our office space planning, workplace setup and communication with external parties
• Support with administrative tasks including preparation of reports, meetings,
• Execute market research if needed and present your findings to the team and C-Suite

Requirements

Your profile:

• Relevant work experience in assisting management in an international, intercultural, and fast-paced environment
• Consider yourself an open-minded team player and willing to learn
• Possess excellent coordination, organization, and improvisation skills with a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility
• It’s easy for you to drive multiple projects at a time, prioritizing as needed and involving the right contact people at the right time
• Language skills: German (native/fluent) is a must, also show an outstanding command of written and

spoken English
