We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant / Team Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to our executives and ad hoc support to our broader team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents when needed.
• Prepare and manage expense reports, track receipts, and handle reimbursements.
• Screen, prioritize and respond to emails on behalf on the executive.
• Draft and manage professional correspondences such as letters, memos, emails, etc.
• Create, maintain, and organize important documents for the executives.
• Help prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring reminders are sent on time for important tasks, meetings, etc.

Team Assistant Duties:

• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of team events, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team’s goals and initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Assistant.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
