Meet the team:
You’ll join a high performing team of 21 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will be the magic maker who ensures your department is functioning at its best.
About the opportunity:

You will manage travel logistics, trip preparation & expense reporting for VPs.

You will organize events, including team events, conferences and offsites.
-
You will liaise with office management to ensure that the team has a best in class working environment.

You will assist the team in their day to day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership.

You will manage internal company processes, projects and communications.
-
You will take action to improve operations in order to facilitate the team's daily activities.

You will work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide additional support where required.
What you need to be successful:
-
You have gained a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience, in team support, or coordinator roles.

You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact, discretion and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.

You have first-class written and communication skills in English. German is a plus.

You are customer focused, solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and resilience, plus excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills.

You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people.
Nice to have:

Background in hospitality (strong plus) or event management.

Background in a highly diverse, fast-paced environment.

German speaker (A2-B1).
