- You identify, own and continuously improve the e-shop areas of Onsite Recommendations and Personalization, Onsite Search, Merchandising of Product Listing Pages, and Categorization and Filtering
- You optimize rules, system configurations and processes to improve customer experience and conversion
- You coordinate and manage projects to introduce innovative solutions, capabilities, reporting materials and ways of working
- You train and support business and marketing users of the same tools
- You strive to automate processes to reduce manual efforts and enable efficient maintenance and scalability of solutions
- You monitor and report on key performance indicators, always challenging the data and using it as the main driver of any project
- You have at least 2 years of experience in working in an eCommerce environment with operational experience in relevant/comparable tools, processes, and technologies
- You bring an excellent understanding of the drivers of good customer experience and conversions with respect to browse, search and product discovery, product recommendations
- You are experienced in designing, running and reporting A/B tests on the relevant topics
- You are able to understand and self-train on technical interfaces and processes involved in the operations of shop systems and technologies
- You are familiar with iterative agile approaches to business value delivery
- You are willing to help and guide others and have the freedom to suggest taking the lead on new upcoming projects
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
