Your Workplace: BER Airport

Located at one of Europe's major travel hubs, this role offers a vibrant atmosphere where no two days are alike. You will interact with a diverse global crowd, ensuring every traveler leaves with a smile. Due to airport operations, flexibility is key, with shifts ranging from early morning starts at 4:00 AM to late evening finishes at 10:00 PM. We provide full support in obtaining your mandatory airport security clearance (§7 LuftSiG).

Your Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Brammibal's, providing expert advice on our donut selection and craft specialty coffee.
• Collaborate closely with your team to maintain smooth operations during peak travel hours.
• Ensure the shop remains clean and organized, presenting our products in the best possible light.
• Follow guidance from your Shop Manager while contributing to a supportive and proactive team culture.

Your Profile

• You are a natural at customer service and enjoy creating positive guest experiences.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a trustworthy character are among your core strengths.
• You possess a valid health certificate (Rote Karte) or are willing to obtain one.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required.
• Experience in hospitality, specialty coffee, or high-end customer service is a plus.
• You are available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, for at least 16-30 hours per week.
