Role Responsibilities

Owns and manages the customer experience.
Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience and inland transport planning.
Drives projects and forms processes

We are looking for

We are looking for people who like to form processes, create new workstreams and are creative in their day-to-day work.
A general understanding of SCM services and inner European transports is a must.
English and German speaking person
Your role will contain the management of end to end rail shipments , FTL / LTL Shipment including financial aspects aswell as full customer ownership.
You would be daily in touch with vendors, Maersk teams all over Europe and Customers.
