German Native - Freelance Human-Centric Organization Leadership Development Consultant
Location: Remote, mostly DACh region
Daily Rate: 1,150€ - Includes prep time. Travel expenses are reimbursed according to customer policies. Travel time is not compensated.
Position Overview:
As a freelance consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership development journeys for our customers, mainly in the DACH region. You will work closely with our internal customer facing teams to deliver our customized programs and initiatives that promote agile ways of working, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive organizational change.
Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and priorities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions
- Facilitate discussions and activities focused on fostering a human-centric culture and agile mindsets
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams as they navigate change and transition
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational transformation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leadership development, organizational development, or change management
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with leaders at all levels
Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
