Talent Partnering & People Performance is responsible for facilitating the internal mobility across the different regions in Vestas. The team consist of five Regional Talent Partners, a responsible for our Global Talent programmes and a Talent Brokering Coordinator, who will be supporting the Talent Partners with talent information. The vacancy is for the regional Talent Partnering role in our region NCE. In this role, you will interact closely with stakeholders from various functions, including Talent Partners, HR business partners. You will also be working closely together with the entire Global Talent Management team, e.g. regarding Learning & Development, Talent acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Responsibilities
As a Talent Partner you will be a close partner to your key clients in the business regarding the Talent and People Performance agenda.
- You will be responsible for assessing business talent needs in the region and developing and implementing strategies to address them. Functioning as the primary point of contact for the business leaders and HR Business Partners on ongoing global Talent Management initiatives
- To know the accelerating people and their development steps, you will provide expertise and facilitation in key talent management initiatives like people review, talent reviews, performance management, talent development and succession
- Working with the other regional talent partners and our head of Global talent programmes on the content and facilitation of our regional Talent Programme (RTP)
- Working closely with the key stakeholders to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pools and translate that data into insights through data analysis that encourages deliberate Talent Management action plans at the appropriate levels
- Getting to know some of the accelerating people together with the HR Business Partners to ensure you know who aspires to lead Vestas into the future and be role models for Vestas' EVP - Employee Value Propositions.
- Acting as a career coach and development advisor for our People and focusing on developing and sourcing appropriate career developments
- Facilitating talent brokerage meetings with leaders in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to enable the internal mobility of people
Qualifications
- A candidate who has a bachelor's degree within Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Communication, or similar with 5 years of experience from working with different cultures in global companies and in matrix organizations
- Experience with handling a broad variety of stakeholders across organizational levels
- Solid People and Change management toolbox and a good understanding of the Talent Management value chain
- Experience in training people
- Experience with using data to make decisions about people
- Highly experienced in both Excel and PowerPoint and able to turn data into insights
- Great English skills, both oral and written
