Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support local Googlers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR with a Business Partner, Generalist, or consulting/legal background.
- Ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving and consulting skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve Human Resources (HR) policies and propose solutions to improve inconsistent HR policies and gaps.
- Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
- Assist people partners with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
- Advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations and reorganizations.
- Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies and other HR-related topics.
