As an advocate for Google's culture and values, you'll partner with business leaders to build their organizations and ensure data-driven people decisions. Whether coaching teams, resolving employee relations issues, or managing Googler development programs, your focus is always on putting Googlers first and ensuring transparency in people decisions.

In this role, you'll ensure our product area and functions receive expert HR advice from the EMEA people consultant organization, while ensuring business-critical information is understood. You'll provide timely, actionable insights that transform the Googler experience. You'll be a champion of Google's culture and values, leading a team of experts in leadership, team effectiveness, and insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Human Resources (HR) policies and propose solutions to improve inconsistent HR policies and gaps.
• Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
• Assist people partners with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
• Advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations and reorganizations.
• Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies and other HR-related topics.
