Preparation and organization of error meetings, in particular with regard to the preparation of the agenda and the group of participants on the specific topics in coordination with the customer internal contact person
Execution and moderation of error meetings
Logging of the appointment including all findings and derived follow-up measures
Coordination with internal stakeholders regarding all findings from the respective error meetings on the basis of the specifications of the Customer internal responsible
Control of all relevant information to the relevant interfaces such as project management, integration management, error management, steering test management, etc.
Escalation of critical deviations and steering into the appropriate committees
Perception of partial compulsory attendance in critical project phases
Must have
Automotive background
> 2 years' experience as Defect Manager/ Error Manager
Stakeholder management
Experience working with tools like KPM, Jira, Confluence
Error meetings handling
Communication skills
Nice to have
