Lead the Power Packaging team in researching advanced packaging technologies
Develop semiconductor packaging technologies for power applications
Define long-term roadmap and business plan through internal and external analysis (regarding market, trends, supply-chain eco-system)
Identify business opportunities and seek for partners and customers for power packaging technology
Optimize the power semiconductor packaging R&D process, including maturity levels, project milestones and quality considerations aligning with automotive requirements

Was Sie mitbringen:

Master or PhD Degree in Engineering, Power Electronics or related fields
Experience in leading semiconductor companies, specializing in backend assembly and electronic package development with a strong focus on power applications
More than 5 years of disciplinary management or team-leading experience in R&D groups
Deep understanding of power electronics, semiconductor industry and electronic package assembly
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams
