Your Responsibilities

• Handle the day to day activities related to Cotton Container Execution from Brazil, Australia and the US to several
• destination markets worldwide, focused on accounting activities
• Check, approve and book invoices for payment/receipt related to goods and services
• Register shipping information and concerning data in the controls/systems.
• Handle the monthly closing by meeting deadlines for bookings and accruals.
• Prepare reports about shipments and activities.
• Support other areas of the company such as Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Auditing with information.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or similar degree /qualification in the field of operations / logistics / international trade
• At least 5 years’ experience in the field of international trade operations preferably in the field of Cotton business
• Advanced knowledge in the field of container operations / logistics / shipments
• Deep understanding of shipping documentation and negotiation
• Fluency in English. Good knowledge of German will be an advantage; confident handling of Microsoft Office
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change
• You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course
